The Fresh Roast SR800 features all of the great system upgrades we saw with the SR540, but with a larger maximum roast capacity of 8 oz of green coffee beans. The roast capacity of wet processed coffee is 8 oz, but for natural processed beans we recommend decreasing the roast capacity to 6 oz. Natural or dry processed beans create more chaff than wet processed. The heat, fan, and time can all be
