Cottonwood forests flood during the spring and offer a unique opportunity for rainbow trout to spawn in new places. Each of the plants and animals can be found in the Cottonwood forest ecosystem during the freshet around June to July. I'm passionate about the interactions between the flora and fauna of the landscape that we are fortunate to live in.
